Why Exercise Won’t Make You Thin (Time Magazine)

I was watching the The Today Show this morning when a story caught my attention… It was based on the cover story in next week’s a_wexercise_0817Time Magazine  about how people who stopped exercising lost weight. Kathie Lee and Hoda were going on and on about how they’ve both stopped working out at different times in their lives and how they’ve lost weight.

Well, it doesn’t take a genius to tell you that muscle weighs more than fat. What bothers me is that people will listen to KL & Hoda and think they can go without exercise. We have a serious problem in this country with obesity and only 2 things will help: changing the way we eat and exercise.
