Jennifer Billings (CPT) aka Fit Chica is a fitness professional dedicated to helping people achieve their fitness goals. I incorporate traditional weight lifting with BOSU balance training and TRX® suspension training. I have been training for over 20 years and have a passion for fitness and overall wellness. I love helping people discover that being healthy is not as difficult as they may think it is. I believe that a workout today will make you a better person than you were yesterday, that staying fit is the key to a long and healthy life, and if you always stay in shape you never have to worry about getting back into shape.
